Opening Sequence
It is night time. Camera looks straight on to an empty street just as it comes over the top of a hill. There are street lights shining.
Music “Midnight Rider” by the Allman Brothers begins
Just as the first verse begins, we see a pair of headlights come over the hill. It is the Beige Rage traveling at a normal pace. As the car drives toward the camera and past it, the camera quickly turns to follow as we watch the car drive down the road.
The scene switches to a night time profile view of the car traveling down a bigger road. Trees and perhaps some buildings are going by in the background. The camera is positioned in a car traveling alongside the Beige Rage, in order to get the profile shot. In large, yellow letters, the following titles appear one line at a time:

Night Patrol
Scene switches to inside the Beige Rage. Two men are shown riding. They both have sunglasses on despite it being night time, and they both have serious expressions on their faces. The man in the passenger side seat is holding a CB microphone or walkie talkie of some sort.

Scene switches to view of hood of a parked Beige Rage. Adam runs up toward hood and does a hood slide. In mid slide, shot freezes and in big, yellow font appears:

Scene switches to forward view of Beige Rage driving along. All the sudden, Ethan comes running into the scene and leaps onto the roof , grabbing the sides of the car. The car turns and as Ethan’s legs swing off to the side, scene freezes and in big yellow fonts:

Scene switches to an office. The office is cluttered, with papers on the desk and posted to the wall. The camera is facing toward the front of the desk and the back of a swivel chair is shown. On the rear of the swivel chair, the words
Appear in small yellow fonts. The swivel chair turns around quickly to reveal a disheveled man wearing thick rimmed glasses and a sport coat with a loose tie around his neck. The man is angry and he slams his hand on the desk, causing everything to jostle. Just as his hand hits the desk, the scene freezes and the words

Scene cuts to a series of shots of the Beige Rage driving around both at night and during the daytime. Other credits are listed. As the music fades out, we see the Beige Rage drive out in the distance.
Scene 1
The Captain’s Office
Tino and Harvey walk into the captain’s office, coffee
mugs Double Super Big Gulps in hand
with silly straws coming out. The two
sit down in chairs facing the Captain’s desk.
The captain is sitting in a swivel chair with the back of the chair
facing the two patrolmen.
Tino: you wanted to see us Captain?
The captain swivels around pounds his hand on the desk.
Captain McKaffee: Dammit! Every time I send you boys out, trouble comes back! Have you read the headlines today?
The captain hurls a newspaper which was on the desk at Tino.
Captain McKaffee: “Newspaper Delivery Mistaken For Narcotics Smuggling” this is the third time this month! I’m getting’ complaints from the editors, the DA, and the kingpin of the Paperboy’s Union!
Tino: Captain, we can explain –
Captain McKaffee: I don’t want to hear it! You’re both off the case! Now, I want the two of you to get out of my office, and go do some REAL Night Paroling for a change.
Tino and Harvey turn and look at each other, they are confused
Captain McKaffee rises from his chair in anger and points to the door
Captain McKaffee: NOW!
